You can cancel your Membership/VIP Pricing at any time. If you choose to spend more than $10, you can adjust the recurring Membership Fee by visiting the MY ACCOUNT page on their website. However, the minimum recurring Membership Fee is $10. As a Pressed Juicery® Member, you will be eligible to earn one point for every dollar you spend at Pressed Juicery® and these points may be redeemed for juices and treats of your choice. The points you earned will expire 12 months after you’ve earned them. If you void a purchase or return a product, the points you earned from that product will be deducted from your account balance.

Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, Pressed wants to know. Their return policy is simple. If there are missing juices, the shipment is damaged or you received the wrong order, you need to provide them with a picture of the shipment you received for them to process the refund or schedule another reshipment. If it is a Pressed error, they will replace the product at no cost to you. All refund or exchange requests need to be submitted to Guest Services within 3 days after the shipment was received. If you are not satisfied with the taste of the juices purchased, you need to contact Guest Services within 3 days of receiving the shipment with detailed information on why you were not satisfied with their product. Depending on the feedback received, they may not be able to provide a full refund. Cancellation requests for shipment orders placed need to be submitted to Guest Services right away. A 24 hour notice is in place for all E Commerce shipments to give ample time to communicate the change with their warehouses. If the cancellation is outside of the 24 hour window, Guest Services may not be able to guarantee the cancellation or issue a full refund.
Shipping Policy: You have the option to choose the earliest delivery date or a different delivery date that works best for you during checkout. Pressed shipments are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. They do not ship on weekends or on federal holidays. Your delivery date can’t be changed or expedited after you have placed your order. All juices are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or GLS according to the following estimated schedule. Due to federal holidays and carrier delays, your order may be delayed a few days.
